Notice for Spring 2025 Candidates
The Spring 2025 examination admit cards will be available in the student portal starting March 15th, 2025. Please ensure all your fee dues are cleared. The examinations will be conducted solely in the proctored computer-based format across all affiliated nodal centers.
Evaluation Methodology
Ours is a multifaceted evaluation system designed to test real-world applicability rather than rote memorization. A typical JHEF diploma or degree certification comprises:

| Practical / Lab Work | 30% - Supervised physical or cloud-based practical examinations evaluating specific technical skill execution. |
| Industry Project | 30% - A capstone real-world project submitted at the end of the term, graded by active industry professionals. |
The Certification Framework
Upon successfully clearing the consolidated grading curve (minimum 50% required in all three metrics), candidates are awarded the definitive JHEF Certificate.
Anti-Counterfeit Features: All physical diplomas come equipped with ISO-verified holograms, specific micro-printing patterns, and an embedded NFC chip.
Digital Credentials: Graduates immediately receive blockchain-issued digital badges that can be integrated with LinkedIn and verified instantly by employers globally.
Re-evaluation Policy
If a candidate feels their internal or external marks do not accurately reflect their performance, the Council permits filing a formal "Re-evaluation Request" within 15 days of the result declaration. A nominal fee of ₹500 is applied per subject, and a completely fresh committee reviews the submission.
